Sylvia Driskell of Nebraska is set to represent herself in a lawsuit against every homosexual in the entire world. Driskell, 66, describes herself as an ambassador of God and his son, Jesus Christ.

In her seven-page handwritten petition, Driskell said she was disappointed that Nebraska had become “compliant in the lewd behaviour of some people.” The filing does not reference any case laws, but it does quote the Bible and Webster’s Dictionary.

“Homosexuality is a sin … the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet?”

Federal Judge John Gerrard refused to allow Driskell to be a legal spokeswoman for God and dismissed the lawsuit.

Judge Gerrard said it is not up to the court to decide whether homosexuality is a sin. He stated that Driskell lacked subject matter jurisdiction in her filing and cannot sue a class of unidentified defendants,

“The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States. A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters,” said Judge Gerrard.
