Lewis Duckett and Billy Jones have been together 46 years. In that time, they have adopted a child, become grandfathers, and as of last year, they’ve become wed.

They were introduced through a mutual friend and subsequently fell in love. When Dr. Jones was deployed to Vietnam, they wrote letters to one another in code.
